We present floor plans, finish selections, furniture layouts, and visual references so you can clearly understand the design direction before approvals.

may take several months, while renovations and new construction
can span a year or more. We provide estimated timelines during the
planning phase and keep you informed throughout.

We offer several fee structures depending on the project type, including design fees, hourly consulting, and furnishings management. After an initial consultation, we’ll provide a clear proposal outlining scope, fees, and expectations.

We do have general investment minimums to ensure we can deliver the level of quality and service we’re known for. During our discovery call, we’ll discuss budget ranges to confirm a good fit.

Yes. We source from trusted trade-only vendors and manage purchasing, tracking, delivery, and installation on your behalf.
